OBS crashes upon launching. Unhandled exception: c0000005

I've had this issue off and on for a few months now, but it used to be able to be resolved by either restarting my PC or by launching OBS in safe mode and then exiting and launching it normally. Today, though, I was trying to install Aitum and it has completely broken, and none of my usual workarounds are working.

(Also attempted to run as admin, did not change anything.)
