Question / Help OBS crashes on startup

Hi Tried to read the forum to figure it out but cant find anything. here is the crash-log. Please help

Try to update obs studio. If it did help - make new installation portable (portable_mode.txt file to the folder where obs files was unpacked) and make new scene collection.

Hi @Suslik V thx for reply. I did try to update. But it didn’t help. Here is what i’ve tried:
Note that I had a working copy before updating and installing the replay function.

1. installed the latest version 23.0.2
2. installed the replay function from this website (or rather copied the files to the folder)
3. OBS freezez
4. downgraded OBS to 22.0.2 (got this tip from another user)
5. OBS crashes at startup
6. Unistalled everything and downloaded a new copy
7. Installed the 22.0.2 again.
8. OBS crashes at startup. (here im thinking its a 22.0.2 problem) so i uninstalled that
9. Downloaded the latest version again, 23.0.2
10. installed latest version from scratch
11. OBS crashes at startup.......
I did even try to update the drivers for my GPU but it didnt work.

ok, i suppose i could try that but why would there be a conflict in access on my own computer?

It not about yours. Also, in the post mentioned .7z, while currently you can find only .zip files on the linked page. Just use instructions how to make it portable (new installation that has no other third-party plugins installed).

sounds exactly like the problem I am experiencing... I will attempt the portal fix...
