I have an issue where OBS (Win64) would crash every time I tried to open it. Upon checking out the crash file it seems this is caused by the ASIO plugin. It occurred to me that I sometimes have an RME external sound card plugged in, so tried reconnecting this and OBS loaded just fine.. What's a bit weird is that I don't believe I've ever used the ASIO plugin with that sound card or with any other. But perhaps the plugin tries to enumerate sound cards anyway and is causing a fault whilst trying to load a previously enumerated sound card which no longer exists?
