OBS crashed Chrome_IOThread

OBS crashed multiple times during my streams for a week now. I am at my wits's end and don't know what is the cause of it. Attached is my crash log. Please help.

Update :
I made a clean reinstallation of OBS.
Made a Test stream and switching between the scenes, it's ok so far. But after awhile, the preview screen on OBS froze, but the stream is still running. Right-click, activating the Windowed Projector still working and moving.

Next day, I just open up OBS, no test stream, switches between the scenes, then close the program. A crash message occured. Attached is the crash.log
