OBS CPU Usage increase

Normally when i am recording or streaming with obs, my cpu meter in the lower right hand corner stays under 1%. However, recently it's been above 2% during idle and when recording or streaming has climbed to above 15%. The only changes I've had is windows 11 updates. I run move-transition, source clone, shadefilter, win-capture-audio, google cloud captions, Aitum MultiStream and aitum vertical. I have done a fresh install of everything and no changes to the uptick of cpu usage. If anyone has any insight as to where the bottleneck might be, i would greatly appreciate it. Link to my latest log is below.

I also have the same issue, with a 11700 processor. Previously, the load was between 1 to 1.5%, but now it’s almost always 2.5 - 3%, even when I just start OBS. I think this happened after the Windows update to 24h2.

May be a bit late to reply, but still

Had same problem and after some investigation I found out that aitum vertical was causing high cpu usage for whatever reason (without actually using it for streaming)
Even after deleting all the vertical scenes it still caused my usual 5-8% cpu usage to skyrocket to 15-20% minumum and sometimes go even all the way up to 60%. For now deleting it seemed to solve the issue entirely and nothing else I tried seemed to help. I'll see if I can fix it with keeping the plugin and if so may reply here again
