OBS becomes unresponsive when changing scenes

So I've been having an issue recently where while streaming and recording simultaneously, OBS would become totally unresponsive, usually when i change to a different scene but yesterday it just stopped reacting an hour into a stream. I wasn't able to change any scene, wasn't able to pause or stop the recording or stream, had to open Task Manager and kill the process manually. My specs are as follows:
- Ryzen 5 2600x
- Gigabyte RTX 3060 Gaming OC 12GB
- 2x16 GB Kingston FURY 3200MHz CL16 Beast Black
- OBS is installed on a HDD drive, the same where recording was saved
I do not remember having such issues until I changed my GPU.
I have three scenes, one with three web sources, a 20s background video, a gif and some text (countdown timer); 2nd with two web sources, camera, game capture and 12s background video; 3rd with an image, text source and a 20s background video. I have three plugins installed: countdown timer, glow and something else related to webcam effects, possibly it's still the glow thing.
I'm using Twitch Enhanced Broadcasting with auto settings so Twitch manages those, I record with Hybrid MP4 in NVENC h.264 encoder, Lanczos scaling to 2560x1440. CQP 21, low quality preset.
I'm attaching logs from my yesterday stream, I had to kill the process hence two logs instead of one.
