Been on the most recent version of OBS for a while but the problem didn't occure until today, already tried a rollback to a previous version, made sure the correct audio devices are chosen in device manager, sound panels, OBS etc. (Suspect that another program took control of my output device but I tried everything I could come up with on that front). I am using a nested scene to organize my different sound sources (Chrome, Discord, Game Audio, etc. all using a separate track in the Audio Mixer.) However, I noticed when I select 'properties' of a sound source that is not my microphone (the only one that seems to work aside from browser sources), the section 'Add from currently active sessions' is grayed out. Switching from Audio Monitoring Off to the other two options did not work either. I can pick up all the sound when enabling desktop audio but that's not a solution for me. Switching 'Monitoring Device' in the Advanced Audio settings also did not seem to change anything.
