I have been having a rather unique issue with wave link software and OBS software. I had everything set up, all audio inputs in the wave link software connected to a different app. Music, browser, game and voice all were connected and working fine in OBS. I did a stream and all audio was perfect. The next day, I found my OBS not picking up the audio it was previously. I didn't change a single input or output on anything.
I know that the software works best with the wave 3 mic, however that doesn't explain why all of the settings worked for days and even a full stream. Only to stop working and not pick up any audio. The only thing that would work was specific audio inputs like music or browser. Which didn't make much sense because as I said it was working under wave link system as an input. In my mind all the audio inputs on the software should be all under the wave link system. So I could adjust each app individually and then select wave link system to put all the audio inputs together. Which worked, but then stopped working and the only fix I have found was to create a new audio track on OBS and use Wave link stream as the input. Which picks up my mic as well as all my desktop audio.
It is a fix that works (mostly) but I would love to go back to how I was using it. If anyone has any idea of how to fix I would appreciate it.
I did uninstall both OBS and Wave link, and I have restarted my pc multiple times after changing settings or reinstalling.
