so I tried to record a video for a test but once I finished I realized that it was recording in like 15 fps I know I did not have any bottlenecks because my CPU and GPU utiliazation never went above 90%.
I tried to set the settings to the minimum still no changes and still no bottlenecks but once I set my fps target to 120 it went from 15 to around 30 fps and I wasn't even doing anything just capturing my screen while having barely any applications open the fps would stay consistantly low but OBS still says that it's recording all the 120 frames.
