No audio output from video

I just installed OBS and the Virtual Cam on my Windows 10 computer. The ultimate goal is to use the virtual camera in Zoom, and seamlessly transition from camera to pre-recorded videos. Everything works great, except the pre-recorded videos have no audio in OBS or Zoom. Volume is all the way up, and it shows audio is playing, but there isn't any output. I saw some suggestions for iShowU, but that's Mac only. Any suggestions for Windows?

Update- if I just do a recording in OBS, you can hear my mic and the audio from the videos I loaded up. So the issue is just when I use the virtual camera with Zoom. What plugin or settings am I missing? I also tried sharing just computer audio in Zoom, but that didn't make a difference either.
