Question / Help New update & Start Streaming= Crash. Start Recording=Crash.

Hello, I'm 7 wks new to obs and streaming in general... up til now its been pretty straightforward (thank you Youtubers) but I updated OBS on Wednesday 4/22 and since then, everytime I start streaming or start recording it immediately poofs. Totally crashes. Please help! (in layman's terms) Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6
