Need jelp with sudden dropped frames in OBS (10% missed frames)

Hi everyone,

I've been experiencing a frustrating issue with OBS since Wednesday. Regardless of the scene I'm using (whether it's empty or not) or whether I'm streaming or recording, I'm consistently seeing around 10% of missed frames. Everything was working perfectly before wednesday.

Here's what I've tried:

• Updated my GPU drivers
• Cleaned up my hard drive to free up space
• Tweaked several settings (like bitrate) based on advice from your forum

Unfortunately, none of these steps have fixed the problem. I am clueless now. Has anyone experienced something similar or have troubleshooting suggestions?
