Question / Help Need help optimizing my settings.

I'm looking to get into streaming but I'm not good with adjusting the OBS settings. I watched a few videos and got some knowledge from them but not a lot. I'm trying to stream CSGO, Overwatch, Rainbow Six Siege, Rocket League, PUBG, and other games that aren't as CPU or GPU intensive.

My Specs Are:
CPU: i5-4460 3.20GHz
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB DDR3
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB FTW

Any help is appreciated :)
