I can't seem to go any higher than 2500, btw I stream at 720p @60fps. So is it fine if I stay at this bitrate I'm very confused, I was streaming yesterday and all of a sudden the health of the stream turned to red and the speed in obs went from 3200 to 500kbps idk if it's the isp fault or my obs settings. Can you guys please help thank you very much.

Ok what is your download and upload speed from your ISP, also does your ISP throttle your connection , ie: Data caps ect
Also that ping looks pretty bad. can you do a speed test and post a screen shot, use https://www.speedtest.net/ to get an idea of speeds.

Please make sure to cover any IP adress before posting a screenshot or just type what your speeds are ect

Looks like either your ISP has problems, or there is a fault somewhere on your network
Goes without saying you are using an ethernet cable and not WIFI ?

11:11:02.147: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 448 (28.9%)

Fault of network, either local network or ISP, not OBS settings.

I guess it's the ISP anyways, my down speed is 50mbps, and up is 11. But when I test streamed today with 2500kbps with 40fps, there was 7% frame drop and that kinda explains the problem. Gotta give em a call then, anyways, thnx guys, really appreciate the help
