Question / Help My Stream FPS Drops Only in Overwatch and I can't Figure Out Why

I have a decent computer and whenever I stream Overwatch my FPS goes from 60 to 25 in OBS, but when I stream fallout 76 I can stream without a problem.

PC Specs:
GPU: GTX 1080
CPU: Intel i7 8700k
RAM: 8gb

Run CPU-z, go to the "Memory" tab and make sure that your system's channel count is at least Dual.

As to Overwatch in particular, make sure that the game is frame rate limited to your monitor's refresh rate. Also make sure to turn off dynamic reflections (it's called something like that). That's a major performance killer.
