Hello everyone I have just downloaded and I have problem

its like cut from sides and I have all of my settings on fullscreen so what's the matter

Right click on the source/Transform/ Fit To Screen

i tried it but it

Those 'things" are the bounding box layout used for sizing sources..
Next to the source in the source list click on the little padlock to lock the source in the position you want and the lines will go away.

meh my computer is shit pack its laggy A LOT
I cant use it on another one
