Question / Help My OBS recording lags every single time and no fix can help. Any advice?

I record OBS on a Lenovo 2 11 Yoga laptop and so far all I have experienced with OBS are problems. Every one of my recording lags, freezes, is a black screen, or has no audio (audio problems happen rarely but still occur). PLEASE HELP!1!1!!1!1!!111!1!!1!!111!111!!1

You need a way better, more powerful computer. The one you have is too slow.

If you can't upgrade, at least run the Auto-Configuration Wizard from the Tools menu. There is no way that machine can run OBS at 1080p.
