My obs has a crazy dropped frames

I´ve been reading this forum about the dropped frames issue, i though it was bc my internet connection, i´ve tried everything but i still have problems. Today i changed my internet to another company but i still have the same issue. I start the stream and on 10 secs of stream the frames drop a 60%, it doesnt matter the bitrate i set and i´ve tried everything and still have the same issue.

Everything points on the problem its my internet but i dont think so bc i already changed the provider, i have 1gps of download and upload with an Cat8 ethernet cable.

Please help, i dont know what else to do :/

Update the GPU driver.

This indicates you have connection issues:

10:43:02.942: WriteN, RTMP send error 10060 (435 bytes)
10:43:02.942: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (99 bytes)
10:43:02.942: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

Most probably the issue presents on the ISP side, but you have to check on your side before calling them so you already done this. Check the cable, change the port where it's connected on the router/modem, connect directly to the modem, if you used any kind of network optimization software undo the changes and erase this program from your life (most of this causes more problems than solutions)

Any quality value bellow 90% is bad and probably issues on the ISP. Call the ISP and tell them they have issues with the RTMP protocol used for streaming.
