My Capture Card Is Not Producing Audio When Plugged Into Monitor

I recently got a capture card and it's able to produce audio just fine, but when it is connected to a splitter in my monitor it's not producing audio in obs. Is there any way to fix this and I'm in a hurry because I have something I have to stream Thursday morning

You have the answer in your description of the issue.
Connect it directly to the computer and have video and audio working. As for why there`s no audio when connected to the splitter in your monitor, that's a question for the support of the monitor/splitter you're using.
