Multiple scrolling footage in window. How do I fix?

Hi there, I just got OBS Today, So I’m really new. I’m running a ps2 through a Capture card to OBS and a monitor. The monitor is grand but when the visuals display on OBS Studios it has multiple scrolling windows. How do I go about fixing this? Any help would be great. I’ll add photos if I can. Cheers.

As you can see in the photos, the monitor is running smoothly while OBS is showing the same screen repeating in the video window.

I am currently installing Xsplit to see if the problem is the same there. I will post results as soon as.
