Multiple chroma based on color?

Hi,

I'm trying to do multiple images/chroma keys while looping this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=du7l2aSBt5c
As you can see in the video, there's green, blue, and red in this video. How can I choose the image that is shown based on the color?

My challenge here is that I have 3 images that are on top of each other in Sources. Because of this, only the one on top is be seen.

the problem is there a red in the animation the is red in middle you can only edit the file add the cromafilters to it and save it with alpha channels.
or make a new video direct with alpha channels

for example, I'd like the green portion to show a city image and blue portal show a beach image. How can I do this?
