This has been a thing for a while and I don't know if it's ever been addressed.
I've got an audio source, it's playing, it's recording, it's going through the stream.
I've got that track set to monitor AND output so I can hear it too. It doesn't output. Not all the time anyway. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. If I go through and turn OFF monitor and then turn it back on, sometimes it works for a couple seconds, sometimes it works fine, sometimes it doesn't work at all.
