Question / Help moise keyboard and camera freezing for a couple second

You're probably running into a power delivery issue. Have you tried moving your keyboard/mouse to different usb ports?

I can't see any signs of devices disconnecting in OBS, but in case it's a bandwidth issue, you could try changing the video format on your webcam to MJPEG.

i have a really good internet so no its not bandwith i dont know what the problem is and its super annoying it doesnt stop

Not internet bandwidth. USB2.0 bandwidth. If all of your devices are connected to the same host controller, they're all limited to the same combined USB2.0 480mbps... so if you have a bandwidth hungry device (like your webcam), that could be causing issues with everything else if there's not enough bandwidth for all devices.
