Microsoft photo app not showing when using window capture

I want to manually move between a series of images. I thought about using the Microsoft photo app that comes with the operating system and display it using window capture on OBS Studio, but it doesn't show anything. When I do that, it's totally blank, like there was nothing there. Window capture does effectively let me display my other windows, but not the photo app... precisely the one I need!

What might be the problem? How can I fix that?

By the way, I do use a laptop. I tried both OBS Studio and the photo app both in "power saving" and "high performance" in the graphic settings, but still nothing.
