Microphone 200ms delay when using Voicemeeter Banana

Hi!

I've been using Voicemeeter Banana for some time now, but only recently noticed that my mic is being delayed in OBS for about 200ms in both livestreams and recording. The audio playback in Voicemeeter is basically 1:1, I can hear myself right as I speak, but it's like OBS is getting the microphone signal late. Everything else is fine, the source audio, the sync, It's just the mic that's being delayed. It just sucks cause I make music sometimes and it looks like I'm out of rythm on stream.

I'm attaching my Voicemeeter Banana settings. Please help.

What I tried:

• Changing the kHz so every used device is set to 48000 or 44000 (tried both)
• Disabling OBS filters
• Lowering the buffer size

Temporary solution:

• Delaying everything in OBS to ~200ms so everything matches (painful)

That's pretty much universal in the industry. If something is late (usually a video feed), delay everything else to make it line up again.
And don't let the talent see the delayed version!

Can you do that? Have a real-time monitor for yourself, and not see OBS while you're live?
