Micro stuttering / periodically repeating lag

Hi, I have weird problem with obs. While I play any game (in my case Minecraft) it runs really smooth, but when I run Obs studio even in backround, the game is still smooth but i have periodically micro lags. It doesnt matter if I have full details or low details, it is still same. I have attached some video links to this thread, so you can see what i mean. I've tried all, but anything didn't worked. I don't know what to do

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz (64bit 4-cores 8-threads)
GPU 0 (I play game with it): Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
GPU 1 (I record with it): AMD Radeon(TM) 530
RAM: 12Gb
SSD: 256Gb with operating system
HDD: 1Tb

Other specs:
Windows 10 Home

IN OBS Studio:
Encoder: QuickSync H.264 (GPU)
Recording in: MKVs
Bitrate: 10000 Kbps

Your power efficiency in Windows?
Playing on CPU 0 Intel, OBS running on Radeon, coding on Intel, why?
Run all on Intel graphics, power efficiency set on high (if need add power plan from command line).
Your system is very very slow.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Thanks, changing OBS gpu to intel helped me a lot
