Question / Help Mic cutting out during broadcast once or twice - issue?

Hey everyone so here's the deal...
My Blue Yeti microphone cuts in and out once or twice in a 3 hour stream. Unplugging the USB from the computer and plugging it back in it resolves the issue. Because I cant listen to my own audio while I stream I would like to do my best to avoid this problem. This is a recent issue and has not always been a problem (I've had the microphone for 4 months and have used it regularly)
My setup: I use the blue yeti plugged in via USB, hp c920 and el gato hd60s plugged in through a usb hub, and also an el gato streamdeck plugged into another usb.
What I have done in attempt to alleviate the issue: I have tried multiple USB ports with no success, I have turned off power save for usbs, I have switched usb cables running to the blue yeti, I have used both computer powered and externally powered usb hubs.
Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be? I'm not sure why this would be a problem all of a sudden but I'm no sound engineer!
I have spent quite a bit of time researching potential solutions and the 'fix' still isnt clear to me.

Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default. This can negatively impact OBS performance. I don't see any rendering lag in your log, but you may want to investigate running the October 2018 update and turning Game Mode off.

The below lines indicating additional audio buffering are generally indicative of high system load from somewhere. There don't appear to be any other performance issues in the log. If you're having issues with a USB audio device, you should avoid using hubs if possible, and have webcams and microphones connected to different controllers if possible. If you have a free slot a separate USB3 card might be useful, and they are not particularly expensive. Or is this a laptop?

Hi Narcogen,

Thank you very much for your response. I greatly appreciate you analyzing the log provided. I am going to turn game mode off and update later this evening when I get home from work. I am working from an i7 laptop so I'm limited to 4 devices on 3 usb ports - I know you had brought this up :) I'll update later this evening

I also find it interesting that the audio usb is the only device causing me problems
