Question / Help many pixels and low quality with 5000k bitrate help :(

I have problem with streameng on 5kbitrate resolution a lot of pixels 1600x900 and 1280x720
5kbitrate 1280x720 bottom links

lower your output resolution your encoder/cpu cant keep up

that was just this time,once every two hours I have such frame drops because I have radio internet
