Question / Help MacOs Sierra OBS Failed to Connect to Server Issue

Failed to connect to server
The connection timed out. Make sure you've configured a valid streaming service and no firewall is blocking the connection.
I tried every setttings but still getting that issue I do not know how to fix it :S any idea ? I dont enable any firewall
