As the title says, I'm getting a lower quality (I think) with the settings I have, compared to other streams that use the same resolution and the same bitrate.
I don't stream, but I'm testing
I hope you can help me with this problem, whether it's configuration or some other trick

- SSD: Crucial MX300 750 GB
- Video Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC H.264 (I use encoding with the 1080 Ti to be able to free up load on the CPU)
- Rate control: CBR
- Bitrate: 6000
- Keyframe int.: 2 s
- Preset: P7: Slowest (Best quality)
- Tuning: High Quality
- Multipass Mode: Two passes (quarter res)
- Profile: Main
- Look ahead: no
- PVT: yes
- Max B-frames: 2
