I've clicked to go live on twitch on OBS but it doesnt say im live on twitch. Any help would be much appreciated

Sorry, you haven't posted enough info for anyone to help you
Did you follow Twitch's guidelines on stream settings?
and then did you enter correct stream settings in OBS (multiple places)?
have you confirmed you have sufficient network upload bandwidth to stream at desired bitrate?
Did you read any of the OBS guides on OBS setup?
And, how about the pinned posts in this forum, including

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
