So when I record a game in OBS Studio with Game Capture or Display Capture, the video turns out laggy. I'm not lagging in the game.

Thanks for help

What program are you using to play back your video? Your logs show very minimal frame loss.

One thing though...
Code:
09:29:12.142: output 0: pos={0, 0}, size={2560, 1440}, attached=true, refresh=144, name=MSI MAG271CQP
09:29:12.142: output 1: pos={-1920, 235}, size={1920, 1080}, attached=true, refresh=60, name=24M35
Windows has a long-standing issue when dealing with multiple monitors running at different refresh rates. This will hopefully be fixed in the next 2004 update, but as of right now, the only way to guarantee smooth framerates is to run both monitors at the same framerate.

Don't use Windows Media Player. It doesn't handle high framerate video well at all.

Use VLC instead.
