Hi everyone, I didn't want to make this thread but seeing many helpful bros ask for OBS logs for people with the same issue as me, makes me feel like I should just to be safe. (That and I can't read or understand the logs myself LOL)
PC SPECS:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-14400F
16 Gig Ram
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060
I am having an issue with my PlayStation 5 capture on OBS. When I first input the source into OBS today (on my new PC), there was no lagging at all up until I finally got the capture audio to play on my desktop. I truly couldn't tell you when the capture EXACTLY started to lag as I wasn't paying attention to the capture at the time, but it eventually started to lag out. (It happened on my older PC as well and I figured it was a spec issue) It might be good to note that a few months back I was able to successfully run ONE stream with my capture and nothing bad happening to it, but since then SOMETHING is bottle-necking my capture and I don't know what.
OBS LOGS: https://obsproject.com/logs/5okqkDuUElJrj5LK
I use a MAGEWELL PRO CAPTURE that has a built in resolution of 1920x1080 at 59/60 fps. Out of all the troubleshooting I have done, this should not be a Magewell issue (but of course if you guys don't see anything within the logs I'm welcome to suggestions)
It could be bitrate, it could be fps, I genuinely am not sure. I can't read the logs or understand them so any help would be massively appreciated. Also when I have everything needed for stream open, my CPU and memory aren't even CLOSE to being capped out, so I'm unsure if that might be the issue either.
Thank you so much!
