Lag and audio crackling when recording

Please help, i'm at my wits end with why this is happening. I have a decent laptop Alienware X17 R2 (at least i believe it's decent) with a 12th gen intel core, 16gb RAM, and a RTX 3070. Some of the games I play have started getting laggy, with one in particular, Silent Hill 2 Remake even with the settings put to medium. The real deal breaker though is im getting audio crackling through the headphones (none through the mic which is also through OBS) especially on dialogue parts. I have been messing around with bit rate settings and trying to lower things with no luck. I have attached my recent log, if anyone can help that would be amazing

You didn't have anything streaming on that log, but already there are a lot of problems as you are experiencing them.

Do a quick stream for a minute or so and then upload the log to the OBS Analyzer, it will tell you what needs to be fixed and I am already seeing a lot as is.
