kernelbase.dll error

Hello. So I updated OBS to the latest version 27.1.1. and now it doesn't want to run.
it gives me a crash error pop-up with the screenshot below.

I am using windows 10.
below is the Crash log which says Kernelbase.dll

could anyone help me to resolve this

The Drivers are up-to date.
the OBS Error still persists.
PS. version 25.0.8 works fine. the 27.1.1 gives the error

Windows' Device manager is NOT the correct location to be checking for ANY gpu driver updates.

Get your updates from the intel website.
