In game lag while streaming

Hello everybody! Made an account for this problem. I always lag when I stream but no problems with recording. I stream on youtube and wanted to stream Apex but my ping spikes up to 600-800. Is there a way I can fix this? This happens to every game and I'm kinda getting annoyed about it. Thank you.

1. Using Windows Update, update Windows 10 to the newest available version. See https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Using https://obsproject.com/download, update OBS to the newest available version. Old versions are not supported.
3. Open OBS, Settings, Output and uncheck the box(es) for Psycho Visual Tuning.
4. Go to Advanced, Network, check all the boxes, [Apply], [OK].
5. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed (scene 'in game'), and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.

Problem still persists, any other way to fix this or is it just my computer? https://obsproject.com/logs/xEbgbedyMQ2aoYy-

TCP Pacing in Advanced -> Network is I believe intended to make it latency friendly. However I used SQM in OpenWRT to remove bufferbloat at the router.

It looks like you uploaded a log file from a previous version with the new version of OBS:
OBS 27.0.1 (64-bit, windows) log file uploaded at 2021-09-05, 02:36:51
01:46:25.209: OBS 24.0.3 (64-bit, windows)

1. Enable "Game Mode". Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
3. Your log contains no streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS.
2) Start your stream for at least 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link here.
