iMac Purchase Advice - Audio Sync

I stream church services using a 2015 MacBook. I have problems with Audio Sync and generally have to put in a delay of about 1000ms.

it's very hard to get the sync (audio delay) exactly right.

I am about to purchase a new iMAC Desktop.

I hope that the more powerful computer will solve the audio sync issue.

Any advice on the iMac desktop spec that I will need or should get?

Will the more powerful computer solve the sync issue?

If you want power build a Windows PC. Otherwise wait for the variants of the M1 to release in the Pro line of apples products.

Might something like the ATEM MinI Pro be a better solution for this use? I haven't used it, I'm just wondering.

Yes - we use a the ATEM to mix the audio and video feeds but we need OBS to do the streaming. We deliver the feed from OBS out to RESTREAM.
If there's a better way to do this that would solve the sync issue I'd be delighted.

Again, I really don't know about this, but apparently the ATEM Mini Pro allows you to stream directly to ReStream once it's properly set up. This might help. Perhaps someone on the BlackMagic forums would have some advice.
