OBS isn't recording, saying "check the logs" (idk how its called, i have it on spanish) so i check the logs. I see this big wall of text my peanut brain can't understand.

You didn't post a complete log, so we cannot know for sure, but this error usually appears if the CPU is too old for OBS to use the Quicksync hardware encoder. Change the encoder to x264 in Settings > Output > Recording.

I'd be suspicious about the performance of x264 (software encoding) on a CPU that is "too old"...

If it's a monster that simply doesn't have that bit of hardware on it, then sure! Go ahead and use it! But if the reason is that it's "too old", then I'd expect it to fall flat with any decent amount of quality. In that case, get a graphics card that can encode video (ideally nVidia with NVENC), and use that instead.
