Bug Report I'm also having issues with muffled/underwater sounding audio!

So I've been trying to fix this for days. I used OBS perfectly well on my old laptop to record clips for videos and the audio always came out pristine but now I'm getting this issue on my new PC. This isn't a microphone issue, I just use Audacity to record mic audio (Which works fine and isn't muffled). I'm trying to record anime/show clips directly off the display capture like I used to, and the FPS and resolution is great with the new PC.

The audio sounds fine when I'm watching the show on my own, and audio from downloaded videos is fine too, but when I go to record a clip with OBS the sound is muffled, quieter and lower quality, etc. I've tried a lot of fixes other people have suggested, my settings are stereo and my headphones are also stereo. I tried the "turn off audio/sound enhancements" fix, and I never had any on. I've reinstalled obs, updated my drivers and then reinstalled obs, nothing. I've restarted my computer, tried different audio sources etc. Mp4 is my go to but I've tried Flv and Mkv, nothing changes. I've tried different file size outputs, lossless quality sounds just barely better. I've tried changing the audio sample rate, audio meter decay rate, changing to window capture, using a different headset as an audio.... medium(?), I've tried everything I can think of.

Here's a tiny little edit I made to record the difference (First bit is downloaded from youtube, second bit is recorded in OBS): https://drive.google.com/open?id=1x6dlGZVLZpOiUZPtXTZfeS_uQSFRJH3W

And here's my log file from the recording of that clip: https://gist.github.com/WeebW/eb01801ee3080050585187cea4c20db9

I hope I'm just being stupid and someone smarter than me can help me out!
