I NEED HELP!

So I edit for a live Podcast called 'Kino Casino'

They recently moved from their studio to do the Podcast from their homes so they call each other over Discord and do the show that way. The guy who runs OBS on his end and makes them go live is fine, but the Co Host Mic cuts out all the time and we have no idea why.... I'll post an example below. Wrong forum to post this... as this forum is for Ideas and Suggestions for OBS Studio development (not a support forum)
You should probably post this to the appropriate Operating System (that OBS Studio is running on) support forum on this site
And a more explicit description of the connection of Sources
As for troubleshooting, has someone tried Recording (at Operating System level, OBS Studio NOT running) to audio source and ensure there isn't an issue with the source itself ?
