My obs keeps disconnecting like 3-4 times a stream, sometimes within 5 minutes of starting, My kbps goes from green to red and disconnects. I tried everything in the manual for this problem, my setup 4090, 13900k 32 gb of ram, 3 tb of storage, my ISP is 1G upload and download fiber internet, hardwire connection, lower my bit rate, stream on different platforms with different bit rates, i even got a new modem, reached out to my ISP, I uninstalled OBS and did clean installed, checked my virus/firewall, i even deleted my web sockets for lumia, thinking it was lumia that had glitched out, updated all my drivers and yet still disconnects. Problem started happening like 3 weeks ago and this week around the time i got the new lumia update. Idk what to do at this point honestly. https://obsproject.com/logs/6crySEezpCOno1fT

This:
23:56:02.360: WriteN, RTMP send error 10060 (770 bytes)
23:56:04.931: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (91 bytes)
23:56:04.931: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)
This errors shows an issue on the network. It could be an issue on the network driver, the network adapter itself, the network cable, the router/modem, or (most probably) the ISP.
ISPs normally don't measure or check RTMP protocol, which is the one used for streaming.

Use this tool to better measure your internet connection against Twitch servers: TwitchTest | r1ch.net
Anything bellow 90 quality is bad and represents an issue on the network, most probably on the ISP.

Also, make sure you have the latest versions of the plugins you're using and are compatible with the OBS version you're using.
Try doing a test stream without the vertical canvas to see if the issue is still present or not.
In case the issue is on the router or the modem, change the port where the network cable is connected to and test.

Based on the results of the Twitch Test, if are bad, you can contact you ISP regarding this issue on the RTMP protocol. Do more than one test with the Twitch Test starting with the time is set to test and if you don't see any problem set it to test for a longer time. As you explained the issues happen after 5 minutes.

I did all of that, I reached to my ISP and mentioned the RTMP protocol issue and they did some troubleshooting. Started up stream and within about 45 mins is disconnected. The twitch test pretty much everything came back 100 except the long distance locations. I ended up switching over to SLOBS and zero crashes the whole stream. Hopefully a future update will fix it or i may just have to go back to a previous older version of obs

There's no such a thing as slobs.
The forked version of OBS used by streamlabs isn't updated and probably you're not using the same plugins.
