Red may network overload (as when Windows Update decides to download the world during the middle of our church livestream...)
Frame loss counts are shown in the status bar near the red/green indicator, in the stats dock, and should be in the log file.
But your log file seems incomplete. It begins with OBS startup at 21:18:31.710: CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10500 CPU @ 3.10GH
Then a pause until you start streaming
22:06:05.831: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Connecting to RTMP URL rtmp://live.restream.io/live...
22:06:05.855: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Interface: Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller (ethernet, 100 mbps)
22:06:07.731: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Connection to rtmp://live.restream.io/live successful
22:06:07.731: [rtmp stream: 'simple_stream'] Socket send buffer is 65536 bytes
22:06:07.737: ==== Streaming Start ===============================================
and then NOTHING. No error messages, no OBS shutdown info.
Did you grab the log file while OBS was still running? Text isn't written to the disk file as it is generated, due to various buffering. So grabbing a copy while OBS is running may get only part of the data.
