On Wednesday, i had a regular twitch stream with no issues whatsoever. The next day when i tried to stream, i was getting 3k bit rate (i have mine set to 6k) and red bars on OBS. I thought it was my internet so i changed my router, my ethernet and everything else that could possibly be changed. The problem persisted. To test it i went and streamed on Facebook and my stream was completely fine giving me green bars and the bitrate i have set it too, so its clearly not an internet issues. When i checked through twitch inspector it kept saying my stream was giving upwards of 7k bitrate which is confusing because OBS was showing me anywhere between 2k to 4k bitrate. Someone in here wanna help me out, i havent been able to stream for a week because of this.
