hybrid_mp4 sound lost/glitched/garbled with multichannel surround sound

When I choose the hybrid_mp4 ( hoping to utilize the chapter markers ) The sound is lost/glitched in the recording.
When I switch back to mp4 or mkv, sound is good.

All audio tracks are 384 audio bitrate
The Audio General settings are 48khz sample rate and 6 channel: 5.1 Channels ( 3F 2R + LFE )

So I got it working, but my suspicion is that 5.1 does not work, but 7.1 surround sound is recording with hybrid_mp4 with proper audio.

I also had to reinstall just about every driver from a windows update now running:
Windows Version: 10.0 Build 26100 (release: 24H2; revision: 2033; 64-bit)
which is listed in the log, but the analyzer says otherwise which is whacky..
