I am experiencing an issue with streaming at 59.94 FPS to YouTube, which causes stuttering due to frame rate mismatch. YouTube expects 60 FPS, but my camera outputs at 59.94 FPS. I would like to use the capabilities of my NVIDIA RTX 4060 GPU to create new frames and convert my 59.94 FPS video to a smooth 60 FPS stream.
Here are my current settings:
Camera: 59.94 FPS
OBS Output: 60 FPS
Encoder: NVIDIA NVENC (AV1)
I have tried enabling frame rate conversion in OBS, but it seems to only duplicate frames, which does not solve the stuttering issue. I am looking for a way to utilize my GPU's power to interpolate frames and achieve a true 60 FPS output.
Could you please advise if there are any settings or plugins in OBS that can help with this? Alternatively, are there any external tools that can preprocess the video to 60 FPS before streaming?
