I have a problem with overlapping of the voices of the interlocutors via Skype / discord / another voice program

to solve this problem i installed audiorepeater (virtual audio cable), but it is not helped

I found where the "echo" from the voices of the interlocutors on Skype / discoord / other voice program comes from. This is all because of the headphones. The sound from the "ears" reaches the "capture" of the microphone and creates an "echo". The only way out, except to replace the headphones or use the desktop microphone as a separate device - this is in the settings -> Audio - tick "turn on the microphone by pressing".
