How to access the webcam properties (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.) without OBS Studio?

Through OBS Studio I can access a window that says "properties" and allows me to edit the webcam's brightness, contrast, saturation, etc. To do that, I...

1. Select the webcam source
2. Press on "properties"
3. Press on "configure video"

That window doesn't belong to OBS Studio. I know that because, I've been able to open it through other programs, such as ManyCam. Is there a way to open it without OBS Studio nor ManyCam on Windows? If so, how?
