Issue:
2 weeks ago: CPU load when live= 11% with all scenes.
Current: Increase to 23-25% from 9-11% (Task Manager) when Live on CPU.
Only thing that changed was an update to Windows.
Steps taken:Uninstalled OBS, reinstalled, rebuilt scene collection. Same. Contacted on OBS discord. No resolution.
