having terrible rendering lag on obs startup.

When I startup obs, I get terrible rendering lag for about 2 minutes, before it goes back to about a rendering time of about 7 ms, the fps goes back to 60, and i stop missing frames from rendering lag. It seems to be getting worse and longer on startup and would like to deal with this, it seems to sometimes even lead to video lagging audio.
