I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and have tested both OBS and OBS MP in both x86 and x64 modes. I know that a lot of people on here are having trouble streaming with Windows 10 at the moment, so I just wanted to share what works for me.
The only way OBS works for me 100% is if I run the x64 version of OBS MP as Administrator. I get zero FPS slow down. Trying regular OBS I still get the slow down using game capture. When I don't run OBS MP as Administrator my games crash when trying to stream. I also wasn't able to install the .Net files when I first tried to install until I ran sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt and restarted my computer.
